Sunset Pointe is a gated, waterfront community at High Rock Lake in Salisbury, North Carolina. This lovely community combines serene lake life with the convenience of being minutes from access to I-85. Sunset Pointe boasts a vast array of amenities including a club house, gym, playground, swimming pool, tennis court, sports court, playground, landscaped common areas, and boat ramp.
We have now begun construction on the first four homes in an expansion phase within Sunset Pointe. These currently available homes and those following will feature open concept floor plans ranging from 1500 to 1900 square feet with starting prices in the mid-300’s.
